Good morning,

I was diagnosed with single vessel coronary disease last may, im 52 year old builder, i havent been able to return to work yet and have been awarded standard rate pip, my health has deteriorated since having a pci stent fitted last may, i am still under the cardiologists care and had a holter monitor fitted last week for 7 days.

I struggle daily and am enquiring where i can access support for evidence for my pip appeal.

i wonder if you can signpost me

many thanks

Appeal. Don't accept anything they decide and join Benefits and Work. You won't regret it

The best sources of info are your GP and Cardiologist.

Not when it comes to PIP jimmy

cardiologists and doctors are not the DWP (Department of work and pension)....There exactly That! Cardiologists and doctors

They should have the evidence you need for your PIP appeal.

Join the Benefits and Work website. There's a small charge but more than well worth it. The advice they have is invaluable. I've been using heir website now for over 20 years. There's advice on every single step of the process; how to word it, what sort of information to send and how to deal with tribunals. Take heart; over 73% of tribunals find in favour of the claimant. I've had 6 over the years and only failed one- the one where i took someone from welfare rights to supposedly help. They were hopeless.
