Just a thank you to Blackcatsooty as I have just had a weird night with some scary dreams and thought what was that all about. So I know I'm not losing it altogether and won't dwell on the nonsense that was coming at me in waves. I can now have a good day! Thanks

I cuddle my big black cat and you can cuddle bods dog. Neat.I paid a lot of attention to get an appropriate amount of sleep. I think it was my brain trying to tidy its cupboards. That was post stroke. The post AVR was a lot less severe and much easier to handle.

Relaxation classes, seated yoga and prayers all helped.
