I'm no professional, just someone trying to cope with a totally unexpected diagnosis. It seems you need to find useful professional advice. How is your GP? Beware of amateur know-alls and stop and look at the wonderful things in this world that exist alongside all the negativity.Have a good day.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

Besides your visit to hospital (A&E I assume) have you seen any other medical professional? Two friends have found that avoudubg trigger foods greatly improves things. The main triggers are coffee, alcohol, chocolate and spicy foods. Stress and health anxiety are also triggers that are harder to eliminate.

If I have one bottle of beer I'm fine if I have two I get palpitations. Guess what I don't drink alcohol anymore.Cut out the things mentioned and go see your GP if they are still there.

I too had a bout in 2017, and in the A&E they found my potassium and magnesium levels were very low. Get your electrolyte levels checked as the balance between sodium (which we are constantly being told to reduce) Chloride, Potassium and Magnesium (electrolytes) is vital for the heart to beat effectively! I don't eat fast or junk food, so my sodium levels are usually too low!
