There is a little work making your own almond milk, but the stuff you buy has only 2% almonds..pa! youtube.com/watch?v=WeZCMNB... All you need is a cup of almonds, vanila escence, raw sugar (cant get dates) and water.

The breakfast comprises 1 banana, handfull of blueberries, 4-5 desert spoonfulls of oats, two spoonfulls of roasted almond crunch, all covered in the almond milk you made. This is Esselstyns breakfast, which I have eaten every day since my HA. Very tasty IMO.

You will need to make up the milk every 4 days.

For me porridge made with skimmed milk with a small handful of berries. Berries are good as fructose content is low compared to other fruits.

That's my daily breakfast as well, though I use skimmed milk.

I don't mind almond milk at all, but I'm happy with my semi skimmed on my breakfast

I did actually have my eyes tested 2 weeks ago & was told my eyes were very healthy....slighty worried as although the optician noticed the small scar on the eye he missed my astigmatism in both eyes & my small cataract!! 😂

Might try this as any that I’ve bought has been awful, and horrendously expensive. Hubby does make the most amazing chocolate mug cake with almond four though 😋😋

It is a little watery, as they all are, but the oats thicken it up and so do the toasted almond crunch. Plus it ups the almond content of the milk to 20% , 10 times more than in the stuff you buy

This breakfast is also very high in digestive enzymes which help cure old bodies, more than you would get with milk. All milk is heat pasturised which destroys the digestive enzymes.

It has just about everything and is 100% vegan.

He only uses one tbs of erythritol and it’s sweet enough. It’s lush with some strawberries and cream and a little grated 85% chocolate on them. 😋😋
