Do many others here suffer with anxiety and does the medication help really ?

I feel my medication makes my anxiety worse and have read that it’s been proven better to take diazepam in some cases.

I think most of us on this site suffer with anxiety to some degree, and we all have different ways of coping. Obviously none of us can advise you on medication, but have a word with your GP. If they agree, and it won't interfere with your other meds, you could try it and see if it helps.I find keeping myself occupied, mentally as well as physically, hobbies, on-line courses, etc. help me cope
