Try Staysure. They are reasonably priced but good.

Besides StaySure I would recommend AllClear.

Insurance for cruises tends to be more expensive, more so for US waters than European ones. If you are under investigation you may find it impossible to get insurance.

Hi I also use All Clear for worldwide cover, reasonably priced but won’t know how good they really are until I have to make a claim.

I really hope you don't have t claim.. I took out an All Clear policy because Staysure were very expensive for heart problems, and they were absolutely useless. Very difficult to contact in first instance, and not very helpful at all. I had to pay my hospital bill on my credit card, and try to claim it back. It took months to settle and I didn't get the full amount. If it had been £1000s, I don't know what I would have done.
