Hi all,Saw me cardiologists Wednesday and he told me that next month his stopping my plavix medication which I have been on since my heart attack last May when I had a stent put in,I'm also on pradaxa blood thinners twice a day,my question is I have read many reports that stopping plavix can be dangerous,I trust my doctor and I trust him with my life and he say nothing to worry about,just wondering what others think? Cheers.

Just for clarity, I looked up Plavax, which is brand name for Clopidogrel.
Sorry I should have said Clopidogrel.
