Is it ok to have an angiogram if you have an s-icd ? my cardiologist has just informed she is putting me forward for an angiogram and i just wondered if my s-icd might be an issue

If your doctor didn't think it appropriate he/she would not send you. You should not be asking this forum to validate a medical professional's decision, not least because absolutely nobody in it is qualified to do so.

I was more thinking if anyone else on here has got a s-icd and has had an angiogram and if there was any issues,i am certainly not asking anyone to validate a medical decision

Hi Dirtbox. I know it's slightly different, but I've got an ICD and have had 2 or 3 angiograms since it was implanted. No problems with any of them. xx
