Confidence knocked

This is my first post.

Its now five months since my STEMI and stent fitted. Im 47 and not had any issues withy health, to be told I have coronary heat disease was a bit of a surprise, but the family and I seemed to handle it.

The last few weeks though have been tough...ive been feeling tired and weak....I was ok then I may have pushed too much on a walk, then got COVID. This has knocked my confidence and outlook. So much that Ive contacted the mental health team. I know the drugs work and my diet has improved, think I need "more" at the moment though.
