Any experience with alternate day or weekly statin therepy?

Never heard of it, is this something that has been recommended to you by a health professional or is it something you have decided might be a good idea?

Yes I took second opinion as well Atrovastatin 20mg daily followed by a change to 20 mg Pravastatin also didn't suit me. I tried Repatha as well .

I’m on 5mg of rosuvastatin mon, wed, fri as atorvastatin didn’t agree with my liver. Cholesterol is slowly coming down…no issues as of yet.

Your response is indeed helpful, Thank you. Cardiologist appointment is next Monday. Hopefully he will agree on some therapy which will work for me long term with minimal side effects.
