Are you noticing it is faster than usual for you when you have not exercised, walked, or been stressing about something? All the above cause heart rate to go up. Pulse can be anything between 60 and 100 beats per minuteI see you have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, could that be making you a bit concerned.
