I'm quite surprised no-one has responded by now. The best thing is for you to contact your medic this morning and report your 'swinging' BP and the fatigue+breathlessness - the cause could be something or nothing and only your medic can safely advise.

Be 'pushy' if you have to as you really should be seen face-to-face given your symptoms - and if you don't get a f2f, call 111 or even 999 if your symptoms continue or worsen.

And please update us as you go on.

thanks Sunnie.. bp normal this morning.. will check again later today.. breathlessness still there.. if bp starts to peak again will definitely seek advice from 111..i’m just wondering if it has anything to do with my chronic kidney disease.. last blood test in August result was 34gfr .. not due another for a couple of months.. thanks again for your help

Hi Manhattan1

I agree with Sunnie, you need to speak with your GP/cardiologist could be something or nothing. Having said that getting through can be difficult. I have spent ages this morning trying to get through to my GP surgery just to make an appointment for my annual review (received a letter Saturday) after an hour and a half have an appointment for tomorrow morning! So if you can’t get through I would go the 111 route.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Pauline

Hi Manhattan1 Just like to know if you are taking any new meds? I notice mine varies with new meds, or especially when I am upset or worrying about something. Hope you able to work through this situation.
