QRS waves on ecg

Hello again

I was wondering if anyone knows what a narrow qrs wave is on an ecg. The report a few weeks ago said normal qrs wave, and now ecg with different doctor the report says narrow qrs wave. Do they mean the same just different terminology or has something changed.

Thank you for your explanation 👍. I was just concerned as one doctor wrote normal and another doctor wrote narrow!! So basically they both mean the same ❤️❤️
