Hi,having trouble sleeping ,some anxiety creeping in

Anybody no if you can take Nytol when on usual heart medication or if you can recommend it

I have recently discovered that reverting to childhood and having a glass of warm milk at bedtime has helped me. I don't know about Nytol. Good luck, lack of a good sleep is so debilitating.

I take Nytol when desperate with no side effects but I suppose it would be wise to ask a GP or pharmacist.

I'm on the usual menu of meds post bypass. Sleep has been the biggest problem so started taking Nytol a couple of weeks ago and it helps. GP and pharmacist had no problems with me using it with my meds. Do check with your pharmacist first.
