Hello and welcome to the forum!

With the Cold/Covid (PCR result not back yet) I know the feeling of exhaustion. A basic wash/freshen up yesterday left me drained and sleeping for hours.

Back to you. If you haven't seen any progress try 111 as if they have any concerns they send an ambulance.. Good luck...

Hi...I can't provide any advice on the medical issue but it sounds as if you need someone to talk to in general if you are on your own.. ..if you are older ( and I don't want to presume that) you can call the Silver line on 0800 4 70 80 90 they say they operate 24 hours. Also BHF have staff during the week who can provide advice. Good luck...best wishes.
