Heart journey, The next stage

I’m off to the Hospital today for my pre op assessment then booked for my bypass on Monday! I’m just hoping nothing delays the operation.

I’m feeling really positive, mainly due to the very kind posts from those that have gone before and the support of my Wonderful Wife and family.

The run up has been daunting with my Mum at 91 getting breast cancer for the third time and my Daughter +Wife in Brazil with COVID ! All more stress.

I will continue my story on the other side starting my new life and looking forward to a long and happy future

Wishing you a great recovery, follow all your instructions and you will great. I am 5 years on and life is good. The heart mended road we travel is different from the road we travelled before our heart issues but it’s a great road.

Very best wishes Pauline
