Hi, I saw my consultant yesterday and he wants me to have an echo and an angiogram, I haven't had an angiogram for a few years and wondered how long I would expect off work afterwards as I'm having a chat to tell my manager what is happening. I work in food retail and move crates with food in it.
TIA

Unless you're particularly badly affected I shouldn't think you'll need any time off work other than the day of the angiogram procedure itself.
Some people are a bit woozy from the dye that is injected into the bloodstream to give a clearer image, which is why you're not advised to drive, but a night's sleep should see you back to normal.
Not sure what shanfar is meaning. When was in hospital after HA talking with day patients in for angiogram they all said they would return to work next day.
