Welcome to the forum Bonham123.

Is all well after having that stent fitted and are you now back to leading a normal life?

Hi Jeanjeannie50, all is fine thank you. I've made some big changes re diet and exercise. I've gone virtually plant based apart from chicken and fish and not cheated with sweets, ice-cream, take aways etc. I've lost 2 stone since May( i was overweight) and never felt better! Daily walks and yoga with light weight training are now part of my routine. I don't smoke( I do vape though, my cardiologist said it's safe) and I stopped drinking years ago. It's a battle, but it gets easier. I have bad days with depression but I've lived with that for years so I can deal with it. My motivation comes from wanting to live and learning to love my body. I'm in a good, healthy, stable place : )

Sounds like you're doing well. Congratulations on the weight loss, with that and your new diet it sounds like you're on the way to a really healthy life.
