Brother with Congenital Valve Disease now with TIA symptoms

Struggling to focus today, as mid 30s brother been told he may have experienced a TIA. Worried sick about his risk of a stroke. Waiting for further assessment at TIA clinic. Is a stroke or TIA so early in life common for young adults with a prosthetic valve?
