Hello and welcome to the forum!

As people's temperature goes up their heart rate increases as the body tries to cool itself down. Your increase seems wrong to me. I suggest as it is the weekend you ring 111.

How much water do you drink? Clean, pure water? Heart rate can increase in an attempt to counteract dehydration.
