Hi Everyone...been on Nebivolol, Spironolactone and Perindopril for a three months now. I'm only getting about 4hours sleep every night. It's not anxiety or stress just terrible insomnia. Any recommendations....Many thanks..😊😊

You could try taking an antihistamine, the older types that are one a day . Take one an hour before bed
