75 male, previous MI 10 years back, left main stented, inferior MI- 5 weeks back, failed primary PCI, extensive thrombus and tortuous proximal right main artery, On OMT, one episode of chest tightness on rehab exercise, No ischemic changes on thallium stress test. EF 45
should he go for second attempt at PCI/IVUS stent/rotablation?

Rotablation is a procedure to drill out hardened arterial plaque whilst IVUS is Intravascular Ultrasound is a real time process for diagnosis of the degree of stenosis and placement of stents.
I would suggest this person discusses options with his cardiologist whilst making any appropriate lifestyle changes not already made.
