You suffer with LBBB which relates to the electrical signals controlling the heart's rhythm. They probably suspect there are other electrical issues causing occasional irregular rhythms that are so infrequent that a 24 or 48 hour Holter would not catch the event. Hence the loop recorder.

Thanks for explaining. However, I took the nuclear stress test and echocardiogram. They showed that I have Grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. It is common for anyone. Should I go for tropinon test?

Why? Troponin is a protein that’s released into the bloodstream during a heart attack so doesn't tie in with your current diagnosis. In fact they return to normal 4 - 10 days after an event.

They are trying to catch occasional arrhythmias. Longer term their diagnosis and treatment, as appropriate, could reap benefits. Cardiology departments are seriously overloaded and do not carry out these tests for the sake of it.

Has your GP or Cardiologist suggested you have your Troponin blood levels checked?

Troponin levels can be raised for other reasons not just heart attacks.
