Happy Friday all. I am looking for recommendations for cookbooks. My dad left branch block (pacemaker and icd was inserted 5 days ago) and has atrial fibrillation in the top chamber.
Any books I can buy please to guide him in the right direction? Thank you.

Lots of us on the forum follow the Mediterranean diet recommended by BHF not a diet as such but a healthy way of eating. If you go on BHF website you will find lots of help with recipes and diet tips.
You are a great daughter to be trying to help your Dad, reading the website will certainly point you in the right direction.
Personally I follow ao low carb (120 - 130gm per day) Mediterranean diet. I recommend "Delicious Dishes for Diabetics: A Mediterranean Way of Eating" by Robin Ellis who starred in the original Poldark. Although it says Diabetics it is suitable for everyone. Currently it is under £5 on Amazon.
