I did an echocardiogram last year And the Relative wall thickness( RWT) was 35mm, at the time I was just running as covid was a big issue. At the beginning of this year I started doing exercise again, lifting weights and running as well, I’ve doing exercise for 17 years.
This week I did the echocardiogram again and the RWT was 41 mm, almost the maximum, but I saw that some athletes have some left ventricle hypertrophy.
My question is, is there someone who has done this exame and doctor had deemed as normal ?
