Off to the LGI this aft

Hi everyone I’v been really well I’m fully back on track with slimming world. Everything is getting written down and I’m feeling very positive and in control with it all. I’m at the LGI at 2.00 for my Echo to see what my clot is doing. I’m felling a little apprehensive but will be good to get it checked
