Scary experience!!!

Hi to everyone, hope you are all doing well!!! I just want to ask a question about others experience on an episode I had last weekend, I had a niggling pain in my back and chest area for a few days during the week, and on Saturday afternoon I had the most severe pain in the left hand side of my chest, collar bone and down my left arm,was terrifying for me and extremely painful. This was the first time this happened since H.A.and stent in March 2020,. So myself and husband drove straight to A&E, praying I'd make it....so scary, once I arrived they sent me straight through to cardiac care and hooked up to all the machine's,BP was 195 over54, heart rate 134...so they done x-rays, ECG,heart tracer, blood testing and kept me in overnight, still had pain but easing, (I forgot to mention that throughout this episode I continued to take my GTN spray) with little relief. So eventually next day cardiologist told me all heart tests came back clear and they put it down to musculoskeletal chest wall pain and told me to take painkillers for it,so my GP has prescribed me cocodamol . Thankfully the pain has now eased, but just wondering has anyone else experienced this and how to deal with it...
