Waiting for phone call

Getting a call this morning from the cardiac nurse, have a great long list of questions. Only 11 days to go before op. Down in the Cotswolds and having some nice walks,want to be as fit as possible when I go in to Papworth.

All the very best for your forthcoming hospital stay. I always maintain that I’m much fitter than I would have been if my heart condition had not been diagnosed since I watch my diet, don’t smoke nor drink, and walk frequently.

I reckon that without the “warning” my kids would be enjoying their inheritance by now. 😃
