I’m fine, thanks. My husband has DCM too, diagnosed 4 years ago and has had his Aortic Valve replaced along the way. He’s doing really well, fortunately, with an EF of 41%.

Hi, I too have DCM, diagnosed July 19, EF 21% had ICD fitted Jan 20, ef DEC 20 30/35%. Im onthe usual bunch of medication.

Doing OK thanks.I did have a ride in an ambulance at the beginning of May as I woke up with chest pains.

My consultant has asked for a CT Angiogram.

It's been 18 years since my last angiogram (Which is when I was diagnosed with DCM) so they want to check the state of my arteries and blood vessels. All was good 18 years ago.

I'm pleased to report the DCM appears to be stable at the moment and managed by meds.

Hi I had a CT Angiogram a few years ago and all was fine. Then after about 18 months I was almost passing out and had a ICD fitted I sent the hospital a reading as I was getting a lot more arrhythmias so was put on the Amiodarone which has helped a lot

We've alot in common then.I have an ICD fitted and I'm also on Amiodarone.

The plan was to have an Ablation to sort the arrhythmia out but then Covid put a stop to that. I'm hoping that now things are opening up that will still happen.

Hi the cardiologist did talk about a Ablation but thought it probably wouldn’t work for me. The only side affect Iv have so far is my skin is very sensitive to the sun ☀️ which I love to be out in
