What are peoples experiences taking magnesium taurate for ectopic beats?

Just purchased some cardiovascular research ltd magnesium taurate and I’m wondering what peoples experiences with either with this specific brand or others alike? Post ablation and struggling with the amount of ectopics so hoping this will ease them

Hello... I have no personal experience of this supplement but would suggest the person to ask is your GP. Friends have achieved good results in reducing (one virtually eliminating) them by eliminating caffeine, alcohol, chocolate and spicy foods from their diet as they can act as triggers. If you haven't tried this it is surely worth a try!

I too have had good results by eliminating alcohol, caffeine, chocolate and spicy foods, but it does make for a rather miserable life! I would be interested to know if anyone has tried magnesium taurate, as I’m in the same position- seven weeks post ablation and getting heart pounding and ectopic beats. My cardiologist doesn’t seem that concerned, as far as he’s concerned the procedure is a success because I haven’t had any AF episodes.
