left sided chest pain .

i am 18 years old , my weight is 50 kg and height 5foot 6 inches , from a two weeks I am having mild leftsided chest pain . frequency of pain is throughout the day but duration is less then a minute . i do intense cardio and very much physically active also on running and other physically activity pain disappear , please help me out .

I’m sure you have posted here because you think this may be your heart? We are not able to diagnose here (this forum is based on sharing our experiences and ideas), but I read a lot of posts and related information about heart problems and they really do seem to be most often exacerbated by strenuous exercise, rather than disappearing with intense exercise, as in your case.Do get a professional opinion, though, just to be sure.
