Different medications affect us all in different ways. Amlodipine screwed my mind up and gave me badly swollen ankles. If your symptoms continue and are a problem, speak to your GP about it. There are alternative drugs available.

More likely to be acid indigestion caused by other drugs. Talk to your doctor.

It would be useful if mention any other medical conditions and drugs you are on.

I was on Amlodipine for a while and the only side effect was quite bad oedema. This didn't occur with another CCI (Calcium Channel Inhibitor) Diltazem. I did not have any issues stomach wise.. However, as my heart "dolly mixtures" increased I did need a stomach protector added, initially Omeprazole which subsequently changed to Lanprazole.

If you are on a mix of medications and not on a stomach protector talk to your GP about this. If you are only on Amlodipine and it continues again see your GP.
