When I had a bad chest infection a few months ago, I was diagnosed with severe heart failure, but had, and still have, no particular symptoms. It just means your heart is not as efficient as it should be, probably an after-effect of your heart attack. There is medication which can help, and you will see that many posters on this site have seen big improvements.
