2 years post quad bypass today- the 2nd year has gone mighty quick with the lockdown. Definitely grateful my heart event happened in 2019 not 2020. Scar still sore in places & chest tingly but think my skin is just sensitive & it doesn’t want me to forget to look after myself!!!
