I imagine a few people here have but many do not note exact values when in A&E or the cardiac ward. Often they will only be told elevated or high.

You have put no background in your post or profile so one cannot really comment. The level indicates a heart attack or heart failure so I trust you, or the person concerned, are getting appropriate treatment.

No.....been going on since 1st of April...no one takes responsibility or know what to do...feel I have a time bomb in my chest

So what's the back story. Were you taken to A&E then with a heart attack, severe angina, etc? And what has happened since?
