GTN Spray Effects

I have had to use my GTN spray several times after my heart attack kast September. I dread using it and put off using it as it makes dizzy and i feel really sick and get a head breaking headache within minutes of using it. Does anyone else suffer any problems using it?

Use GTN if you value your life, Headache is better than Death,

With me it depends on the type / make of the GTN spray. I use nitrolingual which is OK for me. Ask your GP or Chemist to try another type.
