Hello Tarqs

Welcome to the forum.

The BHF has this information about vasospastic angina the term now being more commonly used to describe coronary artery spasms

I would also contact the Cardiac rehab team at the hospital for advice too.

The BHF website has lots of heart healthy lifestyle advice too.

I suggest you keep a diary of your symptoms to see if you can spot any triggers. Discuss these at your follow up appointment with the Cardiologist. It can take sometime to find the best combination of medication that will work best for you

Common triggers are the cold, emotional and mental stress.

I hope that helps
