Arterial Septal Defect Closure

Nearly 2 weeks post ASD closure and already feel a different person.. something I’ve had all my life unknowingly must have been taking a toll on me..

My VO2 max is creeping up on my Apple Watch with just some light walking so can’t wait to ramp up the cardio in the coming weeks and see where I am at.. I got back up to 5k post heart attack but was told to stop when they found the hole..

And so far no migraines 🤞 if it stops them too I’d almost say it was worth the HA to get these problems fixed.

Great news, lovely to get it out the way, wishing you a speedy recovery and back on the road to fitness, take it slowly 🙂
