Hello, I have recently had a 24 hour ecg and the Cardiac Nurse didn't even mention it in the discharge letter so I'm hoping someone is able to answer a question for me on spectral analysis.
Power at vlf: 6529, lf: 801, hf;78. As far as I can see from Google (I know), lf:hf should be 1.5-2:1 and mine is 10:1, does this mean anything?
I also had 9 bradycardias, 3 relative pauses, 3 St's (sinus tachycardia?), and 29 svpb's over the 24 hours. Can anyone comment if these are quite normal events? I have read that up to a 100 svpb's is within acceptable range so hoping tge rest of these results are okay too, anyone have an idea?
Actually, another question, there are quite a few rough lines in the ecg readout (see picture). Does anyone know if that is normal?

Also, here is a picture of the spectral analysis and rr histogram.
I hope I'm using this forum in an appropriate manner and apologise if I'm not
My Cardio NP has to read mine and explain it to me... I have a home 6 lead ECG monitor and i send them via e-mail for NP to check over. I don't have it to learn to translate these results, only use the device and understand the differing tpyes (1 lead, 3 lead, 6 lead and 12 lead) - i wish you luck in learning how to read these outputs.
Check out the Kardia ecg monitor linked to your phone online this was given to me after a 24 hour test to use by the hospital, so subsequently bought one myself, thank fully managed to take readings whilst having my heart attack the readings were then used by the consultant on the Cardiology ward to help with an understanding of what happened and what was required.
