I think I have read just about every post and response now. Some inspirational stuff on here that has been reassuring to a recent recipient of LAD stent following anterior stemi and additional bystander disease. HA on 07.02.2021 out of the blue, boy did it hurt and I am not soft. Arterial entry via my right wrist and the tiny mark I now have amazes me every day as this is what helped save my life.
Missing work and my regular routine but hey ho, I am still here and rattling from all the meds to a happy rhythm.😺

Thank you. I am happy that this group is around for info and support.
I just thought I had really bad indigestion after a Chinese takeaway, lol. 😆
I had my Nstemi after a session at the gym. Started off with a pain left chest / shoulder, but no breathlessness or anything. Like a plonker I thought I’ve just pulled a muscle, took some ibuprofen and had a cat nap. Anyway the cat nap lasted until the next morning and I awoke to a pain like someone had put a javelin straight through my chest.
Welcome I had my stent in 2018 it was 5 days before my daughters wedding but I made it.
I know exercise most days at home with indoor walking on u tube designed for the USA heart disease system. You warm up and cool down after just like cardiac rehab.
Thanks Lynn. I initially felt great apart from the spasms but have been feeling a bit under the weather the last week or so. It may be because I have tried to do too much too soon. As long as the ticker keeps going all is good. 😁
