High Liver Function update

Just an update as promised to the previous chats I was in regarding medication and high liver function.

I realise there’s no fix for everybody so this won’t apply to some, but it’s what I’ve been told to do by my cardiologist.

The letter states I have borderline high bilirubin and alt levels, I should stop taking Statin, Clopidigrel, and Lanzaprole and get blood test in 2 months.

If I go quiet it didn’t work! Hopefully will get some good liver function results in a couple of months

Apologies as I haven't followed your whole story but wanted to check that you have been tested for Haemachromatosis as partbof all your treatments? Good luck...

No not that I am aware of, I know of it through a college who had it. I don’t have it in the family and only had high liver function since taking statins.

Drink 5 pints of water every day. no energy drinks?

I’ve always kept well hydrated, haven’t had a energy drink for about 15 years.
