hi i had a stent put in about 3years ago,and ever since i seem to go months without the slightest heart flutter or light headed spells.

but lately i seem to have frequent light headed spells and a feeling of constant tiredness, and short tempered and often find myself about to nod off and have to wake myself up,im also getting pain in my bottom jaw and a strange feeling around my heart its not a flutter or pain its hard to explain.i have however recently been told in my last blood test my diabetes has gotten a little out of control and they are going to review my metformin,do yo think thats what making me so tired etc. i tend to worry which doesnt help and i dont like disturbing my doctor or wasting the local hospitals time

thanks for any advice

My feeling is that you should speak to your doctor about these problems. Regardless of the fact that you don't want to bother him / her, it would be better to do this before any of the issues get worse and the situation becomes serious.

Hi charliejo, hope your ok. Did your flutters and light headed spells lead to your stint, was it a blocked artery? Just wondering as im getting awful light headed spells which my dctr thinks could be arrythmia,or a blockage. Best wishes.
