Timing of Verapamil medication

I have been prescribed Verapamil 120mg 3 x per day for AF. (I am also on Candesartan, Warfarin and Allopurinol)

I am strugging to find an ideal way of dividing the doses to prevent waking in the night with a very irregular pulse. I have tried a few timetables. 9am, 4pm and midnight, meaning every 7 hours during hte day and 9 hours overnight. Can anyone advice ? Could I take 2 at one point ?

I am sure you have already been given this advice, but just in case - do you sleep on your left or right side?

Hi, I'm not aware of a particular pattern in sleep position. What's the significance?

Hopefully this will help - you never know! Try sleeping on the righthand side, lefthand for many can exacerbate or even bring on af. Good luck.
