Excessive tiredness comes from nowhere can this be the result of Angina?

Hi,

My question is that I get excessively tired so much so I can barely put one foot in front of the other. I am also not very good at dealing with stress nowadays. Can this be due to microvascular and vasospastic angina? In terms of pain and other symptoms the angina is well managed by daily medication.

Or is this more likely the issue of age?

Many thanks,

Thanks very much for your reply. Verapamil, Isosorbide twice a day. Take care.

Hi , I have angina but currently not fully diagnosed, having investigations for micro vascular angina. However , yes I do get completely exhausted at times and there is no pushing through it . I just have to rest . I also noticed that even normal life stresses will bring on angina. However the angina itself is much better managed on Chemydur and bisoprolol. I’m 51 .
