So just an update I had one artery double stented on Tues 22nd October sadly they could not do the other 2 as the were to small but touch wood since then not a single angina attack I have a little discomfort I guess from the stents settling but the relief from not having constant angina attacks is massive I can actually walk up the stairs without being doubled up In pain when I reach the top so a positive post for a change xx

Good news then. Will you be offered rehab in a few weeks?

Take care not to overdo it as it is early days yet and things take a little time to settle.

I totally agree with you Hidden

Forums like this are immensely important no matter how well you are doing or not doing

I belong to several and thier are many times I have wondered if how I was feeling was normal . Knowing that thier are a great bunch of people who can give reassurance and advice goes a long way in our recovery.

My time to relax is a decaffeinated coffee and log onto Health unlocked

My husband is now 14 weeks on from 2 stents in the LAD and loads of squishing in other arteries. He is feeling strong and well. Meds need a bit of time to settle down, but that's to be expected. Took about 10 weeks for tiredness, twinges and worry to settle down - but now we are both feeling positive and happy.

Hope you are soon feeling well again. Keep positive xxx

That's good news I think yeah my worse feeling is the overwhelming tiredness but saying that also have a bit of a bug so that's not helping I'm trying to rest up as they tell you too but im a bit of a bugger I cant relax at all and being a single mum ( my son is 21) but has autism and a host of other issues i have to do what's needed xxx

Great news , I am glad to hear that you are on the mend.

I agree with thatwasunexpected too.

It is always good to hear about a positive experience.

I always write to say Thank you to the staff when I am looked after well.

The Head of Cardiology then thanked me for thanking the team !

Did you then thank him for thanking you for thanking his team 😅
