As well as what stevejb1810 replied, I would recommend that you watch the film "Forks Over Knives" it is on Netflix and YouTube. It is about global medical heart research and the findings. You might find it helpful.
Hi there - you're right it could be angina or a palpitation-type symptom caused by an abnormal heart rhythm. I'd book in to see your GP and get checked out.

I don’t think any of us can give you a diagnosis here, I strongly advise you to go and see your GP or call your cardiac team if you have one. While a ‘jump’ in BP might seem odd the numbers you have given are well within the normal range so I don’t think there is anything to get too concerned about there. The odd feelings you are getting might be cardiac, equally they might not be. I think you need to talk to a medical professional.
