I take entresto mid dose 49/51mg.

Cardiologist says that is the Maximum dose for me and he instructed Heart Nurse not to increase to maximum.97/103mg . I do get low blood pressure but that appears to be only side effect.

From my understanding you don't get prescribed Entresto unless the medics believe it will benefit you !!

Just had my dosage of Entresto ramped up and my blood pressure has dipped - was around 125/70 - this morning. 112/67. The cardiac nurse says this electronic readers can be a little out of kilter so I’m not taking this as gospel.

That was supposed to read usually 125/70 but this morning 112/67 🤦🏻‍♂️

Just checked mine 111/54 HR 53 that's on the middle dose of Entresto, and 7.5mg Bisoprolol. For me the Heart Nurse is happy with that. I have been told no way will I go to the higher dose of Entresto !!!

I have been on entresto 24/26 since 2018. My EF was 15-20 now 20-25. Could not go up on entresto because it dropped my BP to low. It worked great for my breathing and energy. Has kept me from going to ER. But I wonder if it evaluated my sugar because I am on insulin now. Cardiac put on bisoprolol 5 mg, I started 1.25 to see if I can tolerate. Next will be a CRT?
