Hi, at this moment in time with the pandemic all timescales are "out the window". Perhaps call your consultant, but I think the NHS is up against it at the moment so unless it is critical you might be in for a bit of a wait... sorry.
Depends really what the pacemaker is for. In my case I got complete heart block following heart surgery, so mine paces all the time. Your consultant is the best person to answer your questions, as it depends how serious the problem is. Try ringing his/her secretary as they may be able to give you more information, certainly my consultant’s secretary was really helpful whenever I needed to ring her.

It really depends on type of pacemaker and who will be doing it for you. On average where I live if it is a pretty standard one you will get it withing a month. The electrical system of your heart is not working properly. It's what regulates your heart beat. A pacemaker will help stop it going too slow and causing you to faint or collapse
I think the reply you got from Fredders is spot on. Usually your consultants secretary is the best person to help you. Just phone the hospital and ask to be put through. In my experience, they are very knowledgeable about where you are on the consultant’s list.
