Propranolol withdrawal side effects

Recently come off propranolol.

Lowered the dosage over 2 weeks then stopped around 2/3weeks ago.

Since then I’ve noticed my resting heart rate has increased (monitored using Fitbit) my heart pounds when I try to go to sleep at night and I’ve been feeling more anxious which I expected but I thought it would have passed by now.

I’ve also been getting awful leg pains/ache both legs sometimes arms to it started just before I stopped propranolol but wasn’t as consistent as it is now, (I was anxious when they started but it has gotten worse rather than getting better)

Anyone else experienced any of this ? Have an appointment with gp next week to discuss everything but thought I’d see if others have felt similar ?
