Been taking Bisoprolol for about 8 weeks now and have developed insomnia. Any advice from anyone who has similar issues and has overcome would be welcome.

I’m sure bisoprolol is what causes my insomnia. GP just reduced mine......not because of the insomnia, ....but it has helped sleep a bit. Now just a couple of hours awake in the middle of the night. My bread-making has improved!
I didn’t have insomnia when I was taking them for 18 years before I had my ablation after which I came off all my tablets, thank goodness, no problems now. The funny thing is I now have insomnia so yesterday I bought some herbal nytol so trying those apparently I was told ordinary nytol , take too much and can bring on altzeimers so I decided to go herbal.Good luck... hope you get some peace...not sleeping is horrendous.
